This is determined by the service level you choose, weather
and traffic conditions, and size of delivery. For deliveries
inside San Antonio, Texas Dependable Express offers the following
services:

What are your hours of operation?
Dependable Express’ normal operating hours are between
8:00 am and 5:30 pm Monday - Friday. After
6:00 pm or on weekends, our after hour rates take effect.
Dependable Express is open 24 hours a day / 7 days a week
/ 365 days a year for your convenience.

What are your weight and size restrictions?
Dependable Express has taken the extra steps to accommodate
most of your delivery needs. However, our specialized vehicles
and trailers are subject to availability. When placing your
order, please make note of any item that exceeds 100 pounds
or where accommodations are needed for extreme length, width,
or height.

How do I enter orders online?
To enter orders online, you must have an active account with
us. To place an order go to our web page at Web
Order Page log on, select “New Order”, and
complete the order screen. If you have any additional question,

Can I get proof of delivery?
Yes. Dependable Express makes every effort to obtain signatures
on each delivery we make. If your office requires a hard copy
showing proof of delivery, please let us know.
We will provide you with customized deliver tickets for each
of your runs.
All active customers can always view proof
of delivery at www.DependableExpress.com.
When placing your orders online, if you would like to have
an email sent to you once the package has been delivered –
please check the appropriate box.

Do I need to use delivery tickets?
No. Dependable Express does not required delivery tickets.

Do you do courthouse filings?
Yes. Dependable Express provides courthouse filings. In addition
we provide courthouse copy and research, postings, and recordings.

Can you notarize documents?
Yes. Dependable Express provides
mobile notary services for your convenience. For all notary
jobs, we must be shown proper identification (driver’s
license or military id).

Do you serve subpoenas?
No., Dependable Express in not a process server, however we
can refer you subpoena needs out. For a referral – please

No. Dependable Express does not provide pet transportation.

Should I leave my packages open for inspection?
If you are using standard ground transportation – in
most cases we do not need to inspect cargo.
However, ALL air cargo deliveries will be
inspected. Dependable Express NEVER accepts Hazardous Materials
and reserves the right to decline any item for air transportation.
We do not ship air cargo from unknown customers.
